Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. The Affiliate Program is administered by the Developer of THE CLUB/Lake Gaston Resort. Your voluntary enrollment in the Affiliate Program constitutes your understanding and agreement to the following terms, conditions, rules and procedures.

2. The enrollment fee for the Affiliate program is $199.

3. The term of the enrollment is for 365 days from the date of enrollement.

4. There are no maintenance dues or other costs associated with enrollment.

5. You will receive up to 2 nights free during your first visit as part of your initial enrollment.

6. Camping and Rental Unit Privileges.  Enrollee may utilize the facilities of THE CLUB/LAKE GASTON RESORT anytime within the 365-day term, based upon availablity of designated campsites.  Each visit may be up to seven (7) nights each.  During any of the visits, Buyer may obtain campsites and/or motel rooms on a space available basis and for payment of the applicable fees.  General provisions for camping and rental unit use is as follows:

         
  • Designated campsites can be reserved on a first come, first served, space available basis and are available for a $79 per night fee.
  • Affiliate enrollees may not visit more than 7 out of any 14-day period.
  • Only One (1) reservation may be on the books at any given time.  Reservations may be made up to ten (10) days in advance.
  • Campsite usage includes 30-amp electric service, water, and sewer hook-up.
  • Overnight motel rooms are available at the guest rate.
  • Day use is not permitted.  Access to the resort will be granted only if a reservation for an overnight stay has been made in advance of visit.
  • Your enrollment includes 2 adults and dependent children. Guest fees will apply to all others traveling with you.
  • No sales presentation is required, however you must have your picture taken in order to receive your Affiliate Membership Number and membership card.
  • Additional reservations after your first visit will not be approved until you have a valid Membership Card. Failure to get your Affiliate Membership card during your first visit will automatically switch your purchase price for the Affiliate Program to the reduced overnight camping fee of $179 for 2 nights of camping and your Affiliate Membership with THE CLUB/Lake Gaston Resort will be terminated.
  • This program is not available to previous members of THE CLUB.
